Not just for kids!
I love my mesh ball. It's great fun, strangely addictive and brilliant for relieving stress. I also find it to be an effective grip exerciser/strengthener.

As has been said, the Mesh Ball is strangely addictive.

I got one for Christmas and it lives on my desk at work.

When I'm on the phone or thinking a problem through I often give it a squish and it's strangely relaxing and yet fascinating at the same time!
