excellent product
i brought this for my daughter for her birthday she has turned 8 years old, she loved this, this is a great starter house or kust to add to your collection it comes with a figure, table and chairs, a cooker, and a ladder, great value product, the house is made really well , all in all i think this is a great purchase, for the price its really good value. i highly recommend this product, it would make a great birthday/christmas present

Excellent value, hours of fun!
This is a great little house that compared to other Sylvanian products is really well priced. You get a figure, table, chairs and a cooker. Its nicely made, the bay window and door opens and its really easy access as both levels have good play space. We've added 2 beds, a sofa and some kitchen units and its now perfect. My daughters (age 2 and 6) love it!

I think the sylvanian applewood cottage is a good product and is quite durable it is a good house to add to your collection as it comes with a figure and table, chairs and a fire!
